As leaders or potential leaders, checking and remaining in tune with our emotional strength is critical to success at work and at home. In this most important session for leaders and potential leaders you will: * Identify the dimensions of emotional intelligence. * Explore intrinsic motivation as it relates to success in life and leadership * Receive a COMPLETE 14-Page assessment of your emotional quotient which includes how you rank in comparison with the "norm". * Gain tools to become more aware of your emotional state and the emotional states of others through greater self- and social-awareness * Leave with strategies to improve your lowest dimension of emotional intelligence, as determined by your assessment.
