The World Class Training Institute was founded in 2019 by our Chief Training Officer, Dawn Marie Morris.  Ms. Morris is a native of Ohio and received her degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Howard University in Washington, D.C.   After finding her passion in corporate training and leading several corporate training organizations, she continued her studies in Masters of  Training and Communication program at Governors' State University in University Park, Illinois.
