In this most important session for leaders and potential leaders you will: * Identify the dimensions of emotional intelligence. * Explore intrinsic motivation as it relates to success in life and leadership * Receive a COMPLETE 14-Page assessment of your emotional quotient which includes how you rank in comparison with the "norm". * Gain tools to become more aware of your emotional state and the emotional states of others through greater self- and social-awareness * Leave with strategies to improve your lowest dimension of emotional intelligence, as determined by your assessment.
